Planned Reunion Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions Last Updated: April 12, 2026

1. Program Overview The Planned Reunion Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commission by referring new paying clients to Planned Reunion. By participating in this program you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility You must be 18 or older to participate. Planned Reunion reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Commission Structure Approved affiliates earn $100 for each new client who purchases a paid install plan through your unique referral link. Commissions are only paid on new clients. Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons do not qualify unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Tracking and Attribution Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. Planned Reunion is not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked due to ad blockers, expired cookies, or links that were not used correctly. Only purchases made through your link qualify.

5. Payout Commissions are paid out after the referred client's payment clears and any refund window has passed. Planned Reunion reserves the right to hold payment if fraud or policy violations are suspected. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. Planned Reunion is not liable for misdirected payments due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

6. Prohibited Conduct You may not:

Refer yourself or create fake accounts to generate commissions

Use paid ads that directly compete with Planned Reunion's own paid campaigns without prior written approval

Misrepresent the product, pricing, or program in any way

Spam, cold email lists, or use deceptive marketing tactics

Use Planned Reunion's name or logo in a way that implies you are an employee or official representative

7. Termination Planned Reunion may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Unpaid commissions tied to fraudulent referrals will be forfeited.

8. Modifications Planned Reunion reserves the right to change commission rates, payout terms, or program rules at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Relationship Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Planned Reunion.

10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

What We Collect When you apply to become an affiliate we collect your name, email address, payment information, and any other details you provide during signup. We also collect data about referral activity through your affiliate link.

How We Use It We use your information to manage your affiliate account, track referrals, process commission payments, and communicate with you about the program.

Who We Share It With We do not sell your information. We may share your data with third party tools used to operate the program such as our affiliate tracking platform and payment processors. These parties are only given access to information necessary to perform their function.

Tax Information If your commissions exceed IRS reporting thresholds we may request a W9 or W8 form. This information is used solely for tax reporting purposes.

Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required by law.
